Concept Painting

This image was created as a guide for modelling and texture artists, demonstrating the look and feel of an enviroment. The intended sensation being that it's tempting to go towards the window, but somehow there is also a threatining feeling over there.

This image was created in ~7-8 hours using PhotoShop CS + Intuos 2 Tablet. Original res 1600x2450

Wow, another fantastic job. You have created a real sense of atmosphere in this image. And yes, i want to go over to the window....but it looks kind of creepy. Great work as always =D

Wow I really enjoy this one. It really does give that feeling of temp to go towards the window although that fear in the back of your mind to what you will find over there. Very nice, you hit that concept dead on =) I love the textures and lighting. Brilliant

Very detailed... dirty, eerie sort of mood. The lighting again is excellent, so soft and ghostly. :)

Love the tut you haver for this image on your site. Most insightful. I find the textures, especially the floor boards to be remarkble. Wonderful work as always!
